On the day of the forum, we launched the joint initiative of Yangtze River Delta carbon fiber composite R & D resource sharing service platform, the release of Shanghai characteristic industrial park - carbon Valley Green Bay, the development report of Shanghai carbon fiber composite Innovation Research Institute, and the joint initiative of "Yangtze River Delta carbon valley green Bay demonstration area - building Yangtze River Delta carbon fiber industry ecosystem".
It is understood that the Yangtze River Delta carbon fiber composite R & D resource sharing service platform initiated by this initiative is the first to join 13 units, with a total of more than 500 sets of instruments and equipment, covering the general R & D equipment for carbon fiber composite, as well as mechanical, physical and chemical, characterization and other testing instruments.
Shanghai "carbon Valley Green Bay" characteristic industrial park was released at the forum. The park is located in the second industrial zone of Jinshan, with a planning area of 8.58 square kilometers. It takes new materials, energy conservation and environmental protection, biomedicine, R & D and testing as the leading industries. Among them, new materials focus on the development of carbon fiber composite materials, and has developed into a professional new material base integrating production, manufacturing, R & D and testing. In 2020, it will be listed as one of the 26 characteristic parks of the city's key development by the Municipal Economic and Information Commission, and will be included in the scope of Zhangjiang High tech Zone. The industrial park has unique advantages. It is adjacent to Shanghai Chemical Industry Park and Shanghai Petrochemical. It can supply abundant downstream petrochemical raw materials nearby. At present, it has formed four major industrial clusters, including environmental protection coatings, new additives, pharmaceutical intermediates and polymer materials, and has built supporting functional platforms, such as professional storage, public laboratory, chemical inspection and testing, and carbon fiber research institute.
It is reported that Shanghai Carbon Fiber Composite Materials Innovation Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Research Institute") was jointly established by Jinshan District government, Shanghai Petrochemical, Shanghai Electric Group and Donghua University. Since its establishment, the research institute has continuously clarified its development goals, focused on five major functional orientations, and focused on building a carbon fiber composite technology innovation platform, achievement transformation and incubation platform, high-end talent training and introduction platform, and industrial resource sharing platform "based on Shanghai, facing the Yangtze River Delta, and radiating across the country".
At present, it has participated in and realized many projects of achievement transformation, carried out technology R & D and consulting services for more than 20 enterprises in the industry, established more than 100 experts in the industry expert database, completed the construction of carbon fiber composite exploration exhibition hall, and received more than 20 groups of visitors from leaders at the municipal and district levels, industry associations, enterprise experts, etc.
It is reported that on the morning of the forum, more than ten industry experts from the field of carbon fiber composite materials gathered in Jinshan to have an in-depth discussion on how to build the Yangtze River Delta carbon fiber composite material industry ecosystem, and formed many valuable opinions and suggestions.
At the meeting, the joint initiative of "Yangtze River Delta carbon Valley Green Bay demonstration area - building the Yangtze River Delta carbon fiber industry ecosystem" was formally put forward.
