Product name | Asphalt-based soft felt
Product presentation | Asphalt-based soft felt is a high-performance thermal insulation material manufactured through needle-punching and hot-pressing processes using asphalt-based carbon fibers. It inherits the inherent advantages of asphalt-based carbon fibers, including high strength, high modulus, and chemical corrosion resistance, and is widely used as insulation in high-temperature equipment such as photovoltaic systems, semiconductor manufacturing, and vacuum heat treatment. When subjected to high-temperature treatment (above 2000°C) in a vacuum or inert atmosphere, it transforms into graphite felt, achieving a carbon content exceeding 99% compared to carbon felt.
Product Features | It has low bulk density, excellent heat resistance, uniform texture, easy to install and process, and can be widely used as thermal insulation material in high temperature furnace.
Product use | It is widely used in the semiconductor monocrystalline silicon industry, the artificial crystal industry, the optical fiber industry, high-end vacuum sintering furnace, heat treatment furnace and other industries.
